Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Cane-line packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Arrange Collection
Once your return is authorized, we will assist in scheduling a professional carrier pickup for large furniture items or provide a shipping label for smaller accessories.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
